NovaEdge and Studiosonic Announce Merger, Open Downtown LA Headquarters
Tech powerhouse now operating out of new Downtown LA headquarters
Los Angeles, CA – NovaEdge Technologies and Studiosonic Interactive Media are pleased to announce their completed merger. Going forward, The two companies will work together in the future under the NovaEdge banner.
“This has been a long time coming,” said Studiosonic owner Russ Coon.

In addition to the merger, NovaEdge has moved into new offices in Downtown Los Angeles, located at the corner of 5th and Hill Street, in the historic Pershing Square Building.
