Service Omni

Service Omni began as an idea for a community-based business listing service, where vendors and customers could find each other with ease while providing a mechanism for incentive-based feedback. NovaEdge provided product development as well as a custom-built software architecture that took the idea from concept to completion. The end product is a stable online application built on our proprietary framework using web services, AJAX and other open-source tools.

Community Partners

This site was one of our first ventures into the non-profit sector, and we knocked the ball out of the park. Creating a searchable database of other non-profits across the spectrum, the site allowed for Community Partners to extend the usefulness and relevance of their service to more people in need.

Livable Places: Making the Connections

When Livable Places needed an online presence for their latest initiative, “Making the Connections,” they came to NovaEdge. We helped them bring together a variety of open source applications to achieve their vision while staying within their budget. The end product is a site that is as pleasing to the eye as it is easy to manage. We are excited to serve the non-profit sector, and our portfolio proves it.

Spine Tingler! The William Castle Story

For this site promoting the award-winning documentary on 1950s cinematic impresario William Castle, we brought together an elegant solution combining Flash, video and a simple content management system. This allowed the filmmakers to take a solid site and freshen it on their own, quickly and easily. Emergent technologies made fun.

Downtown LA Mix

The Roosevelt Lofts in Downtown LA saw an opportunity to provide residents and visitors alike with an in-depth guide to local events and culture. Rather than using an off-the-shelf product that only met some of their needs, NovaEdge built a specialized management system that nailed their vision without compromise. More than just an events calendar, the site allows for editorial content, user comments, newsletter signup and more. The end product is a site that not only satisfies the client, but also provides a valuable service to the Downtown LA community.

TZONE Foundation

This site provided an online presence for Tyra Banks' TZONE Foundation, a charitable effort providing grants to help women. The content management system behind the site allows for quick and easy updates, keeping their effort fresh and relevant. 

So-Cal Tools

So-Cal Tools specializes in power tools from top-tier manufacturers. For their online effort, NovaEdge helped extend their brand with logo design and other corporate identity elements. For their online storefront, we created a diversified approach that allowed them to serve customers both domestically and overseas. Open source applications helped meet their needs without exceeding their budget.

1031NetEx.com

1031NetEx.com is a site for real estate investors providing custom utilities for the specialized market of 1031Net Exchanges. Built from the ground up, the site encompasses a wide variety of features including registration, notifications, file management and timelines generated from complex math calculations. The site features a subscription model for optimum revenue streams.
